Less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, this house offers an ideal balance between the tranquility of the countryside and the immediate proximity of the city. Fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay in any season, with air conditioning, heating, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.

The living area flows onto a south-facing terrace, ideal for sunny breakfasts or long summer evenings. A second shaded terrace, surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, offers a cooler, more intimate space for reading, relaxing, or aperitifs.

Inside, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200), comfortable bedding, and a calm, elegant atmosphere. With a maximum capacity of six guests, the layout is ideal for shared stays while still preserving privacy and comfort for everyone.

The property features two bathrooms designed for both comfort and practicality, one of which has a bathtub. The house also has a washing machine and dryer, as well as essential equipment such as a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for both short and longer stays. Two dining tables are also available for convivial meals at home.

The property is made up of four completely independent homes with no overlooking between them, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay.

The only shared area is the on-site parking, which is free and easily accessible.
