hôtel calme si la réceptionniste vous écoute

Nous avions demandé une chambre calme, donc ne donnant pas sur le parking (et l'autoroute!) mais la réceptionniste nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible car un groupe venait d'arriver. Nous avions pourtant réservé depuis une semaine en précisant ce désir. Quel dommage de ne pas être écouté.

Good hotel to use as a base to explore Aix and also surrounding areas. Value for money is good, as there are no additional charges for parking, wifi, breakfast or safe. Check in was good. Room comfortable, basic but everything you need. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection. Free tea and coffee also available throughout the day. Dissapointed that although a meal deal is offered and advertised each evening, I was charged full price. Generally, all good.

Idéalement situé a quelques kilomètres du pont du Gard, avec une piscine et une magnifique terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, je recommande.

Le pire hôtel de toute ma vie !!!!!

Bonjour, Nous avions réservé la nuit du 06 juillet 2019 au 07 juillet 2019. Nous sommes arrivés moi et ma compagne aux alentours de 03h30 du matin le veilleur de nuit nous a très bien accueilli. Par la suite après avoir récupéré le badge nous nous sommes dirigés vers la chambre 349 et la une chambre remplis d’insecte moucherons, moustiques (dont certains écrasés sur la couverture), également un énorme frelon!!! Suite à sa nous sommes retourné voir le réceptionniste qui nous annonce que le reste de l’hôtel est complet.. Nous sommes donc reparti a 4h00 du matin repris la route est dormi sur une air d’autoroute. Je tien à préciser que le réceptionniste à également constaté l’état de la chambre catastrophique !!!! Je demande donc à être remboursé. Merci. Cordialement.

Not as good as other ibis styles. This hotel is older and in need of modernisation. Location is poor. Only a pizza takeaway close. Hotel standard more like an ibis.

Séjour et cadre agréable, buffet petit déjeuner complet ( boissons chaudes, viennoiseries, salade de fruits maison..) Une équipe sympathique .Un grand merci à Patrice le maître d'hôtel pour son service et sa disponibilité. Chambre fonctionnelle. Par contre, réveils fréquents dans la nuit à cause de voyageurs bruyants et peu discrets. Proximité de la ligne de bus n2 qui dessert la gare routière à 5mn de la rue Mirabeau.

Gut mit kleinen Fehlern

das Hotel war gut, aber leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass am Wochenende das Restaurant geschlossen ist und es damit kein Essen und keine alkoholischen Getränke gibt,sondern nur Softdrinks. Das Auto kann direkt am Hotel geparkt werden. Der Parkplatz ist nachts gechlossen.
