Huoneisto lepää historiallisessa sydämessä, erittäin tyylikkäässä ja halutuimmassa Mazarinin alueella, joka on kuuluisa upeista 1500- ja 1700-luvun kartanoistaan. Tämä huoneisto, joka on täysin kunnostettu huippuluokan palveluilla, sijaitsee 50 metrin päässä kaikista kahviloistaan tunnetulta Cours Mirabeau -kadulta, 2 minuutin päässä Granet-museosta, Maltan Pyhän Johanneksen kirkosta ja lähellä kaikkia kauppoja ja paikalliset markkinat. Kiinteistöllämme on terassi, josta on näkymä sisäpuutarhaan, joka on istutettu ehdottoman rauhallisena. Se on varustettu videopuhelimella pääsyä ulkopuolelle, suora hissi, täysin ilmastoitu. Makuuhuoneessa on erillinen pääsy suoraan terassille. Se sisältää suuren säilytyskaapin, 160 sänkyä uusilla, korkealaatuisilla vuodevaatteilla. 2 muuta sänkyä on mahdollista mukavassa vuodesohvassa 160 * 190 -huoneessa. Kylpyhuoneessa on iso kylpyamme, jossa on integroitu suihku ja kaksi pesuallasta. Keittiö on täysin varustettu tiskillä, josta on näkymä päähuoneeseen, joka on myös terassin vieressä. Viereisessä kadussa sijaitsee upea kylpylä, jossa on sisäuima-allas. "Mignet" julkinen pysäköintialue on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneisto sijaitsee osoitteessa 9 rue frédéric mistral, tämä osoite on tiedossa, koska kuuluisa maalari Paul Cézanne asettui helmikuussa 1891 vaimonsa Hortensen ja poikansa pariksi vuodeksi vuodeksi kartanoon sijaitsevaan asuntoon.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cours Mirabeaun puistokatu. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja parvekkeen.

Great stay in the heart of Aix

What a great location and a nice apartment WITH an elevator! Quite spacious with a very large balcony that overlooks the garden below. The bedroom is a little tight so one person has to squeeze past the bottom of the bed but it’s not a big deal.You will find yourself just steps from Cour Mirabeau, the main promenade in town and the delightful, charming winding streets of the old city. They are filled with upscale retail shops, quaint restaurants and local shops.It did take a bit to get in touch with Sabine when we had a small issue but we just went out exploring and connected with her eventually to resolve everything easily. A lovely spot to spend a few days!

A small apartment on the second floor with a lift that would suit a couple wanting to walk and explore the city sites. Good local restaurants are nearby as is the very helpful tourist office.

Great location

We had a lovely time in Aix and this location was perfect. We visited the end of August. Nice balcony (unfortunately the mosquitoes were in full force so unable to enjoy), good sized living space and bathroom. Bedroom was smaller but we just kept our luggage in main space. There were so many restaurants and markets within walking distance.

Wonderful, tranquil location.

Located near everything that the center of Aix-en-Provence has to offer- shops, restaurants, museums, Cours Mirabeau. The apt is lovely and feels spacious. The terrace is a highlight with a garden and all the birds. I recommend this apt and would gladly stay again.

Perfect gem of a property

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in Sabine’s perfect gem of a property for ten days in early June. The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Situated mere minutes from the Cours Mirabeau and facing onto a peaceful courtyard filled with birdsong, we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon champagne on the balcony. Wonderful bed, spacious bathroom, useful washer dryer, and a comfortable sofa - all that and more created a cozy retreat. Thank you Sabine, we will be back!

Review of Mazarin……Wonderful clean apartment with every convenience for your stay. In a great location in the historic Mazarin section. Walk everywhere. We walked from the SNFC train station with large suitcases, approximately 15 + minutes.. Plentiful large towels, hot water. Appreciated the washer & dryer rack on the large balcony. Lots of “to do” brochures about Avignon in the apartment. Could easily spend months there and make it our home :-)

Perfect Location

Our stay in Sabine’s apartment was just what we’d hoped for. Comfortable, good bed, (although the bedroom is a bit small but there is ample closet space and shelving for folded clothes) quiet, with a balcony overlooking an interior courtyard with a blooming cherry tree so no street noise, large bathroom, great shower, Nespresso machine AND an elevator, so no dragging our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Add to that Sabine’s friendly greeting and the apartment’s proximity to Cour Mirabeau, Aix’s main blvd. (150 meters) and you have a near perfect place for 2 to stay in the center of Aix en Provence at a reasonable price. We’ll definitely stay there again upon a return to Aix, itself a beautiful, walk friendly town.

Perfect stay!

We were here for 10 days over New Year's Eve and we really enjoyed it. The location in the famous Mazarin district is perfect, 50 m to the place des Quatre Dauphins on one side and 50 m to the Cours Mirabeau on the other side. The city is "yours". We were able to stop near the house for 15 minutes to unload our luggage without any problems, otherwise you simply have to go to the parking garage. The apartment is nicely furnished, the kitchen and bedroom are a bit tight, but that is necessarily due to the overall size of the apartment. In the warmer seasons the balcony will certainly be a nice add-on. Recommendation: 100%

lovely little apartment minutes walk from everything

I bedroom with lots of storage and a nice living room kitchen /diner with a sofa bed. Clean simple and really well appointed (to the extent that we almost cooked but there are so many good restaurants in Aix). Sabine was so helpful and flexible and there is lots of material in the apartment in terms of guidebooks and leaflets. It was too cold to use the charming balcony but it created a nice view from the living room and bedroom. Happy to stay there again and that's likely as Aix is quite my favourite Provencal city

Absolutely the best location. Apartment is perfect for 2. Close to the restaurants and all the interesting back streets that are good for exploring. Also walking distance to local train station. Quiet building with elevator. We enjoyed our stay in Aix.

Aix ist eine Reise wert

Sehr schönes Apartment in super zentraler Lage, Innenhof schützt vor dem Straßenlärm, sehr ruhig, sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Apartment komplett ausgestattet mit zwei ACs und sehr viel Küchenzubehör (einige Töpfe und Pfannen weniger wären ausreichend und ließen mehr Platz beim Einräumen). Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Nichts zu meckern. Wir wollen wiederkommen.
