- Bedroom 1: One 160 cm double bed + one single bed, ideal for a couple with children or for three people to share.
- Bedroom 2: Two 90 cm single beds, perfect for children or friends.
- Bedroom 3: A 160 cm double bed in a cosy sleeping area, with chest of drawers and storage space.
- Living and dining room: Warm ambience with a large sofa, a table for playing or reading, and antique furniture that tells the story of the place.
- Separate kitchen: Spacious, functional and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle...). A large table allows 7 of you to share meals in a convivial atmosphere.
- Bathroom: Italian-style shower, vanity-mounted washbasin and heated towel rail.

A south-facing balcony runs alongside the apartment, perfect for fresh air or a cup of coffee.
