La villa est très accueillante, elle donne la possibilité de se retrouver en famille pour discuter, échanger, jouer à des jeux de table et aussi la possibilité de s'isoler si besoin.On y est aussi bien que chez soi.Le quartier est très tranquille, reposant et l'espace autour de la maison laisse la possibilité de se reposer à l'ombre des arbres ou de profiter du soleil.Le lac est à moins de 20 mn à pied et les sentiers de randonnées en forêt à 200 m

Maison de famille chaleureuse

Les plus: une maison avec du cachet et confortable, bien équipée et facile à vivre, jardin ensoleillé et calme, tout est bien dimensionné pour un groupe Les moins: la maison est très mal isolée phoniquement, on entend tout de partout. Au dernier étage, la chambre avec les 3 lits n'a pas de porte donc bruits et lumières se propagent des étages inférieurs. La salle de bain a encore les fenêtres d'avant l'extension, donc problème pour l'intimité dans un voyage entre amis. Nous avons aussi dû payer 140 en plus pour draps et serviettes.

Super sejour à aix les.bains

Nous avons passé 1 semaine de vacances entre amis, la maison est tres bien équipée, et tres agréable. On peut aller au lac a pied , et petit commerce de proximité.
