Leftover food weeks old was left in a very dirty fridge in our room. Mold in the bathroom. Broken toilet paper holder. Told guest services about the fridge and food and they said they’d send housekeeping which they never did. We learned at time of check out when we complained again that they had no housekeeping staff as they quit. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend

It was an average hotel, underwhelm. My room needs some update. I did like that there were no limits to towels a washcloth. The location was extremely convenient for the foods and shopping locations. Like the fact that it was quiet and private.

The room was filthy! Trim pulled off walls with nails sticking out. Thankfully I was not traveling with small children that could have gotten hurt. The bathroom Floors and carpet were super dirty. If it weren’t white out snow conditions we would have left.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. While the breakfast was typical it was hot and fresh. The elevator is slow and old, just be patient. The pool was clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful! The property and building were nicely maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really nice as well. Everything was fresh and hot! Very nice hotel, we would definitely return and recommend.

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. We had to ask for more toilet paper as the room had almost no tp left and there was a stain of unknown origin on the underside of the chair cushion. The tv remote was almost useless. It was a basic room.

The surface areas of the room were clean- linens, countertop, tub. Housekeeping has not paid close attention to details while cleaning. Lamps, toilet pedestal, floor corners, etc. looked like they had been accumulating dust for a couple years.
