It would be beneficial to have an on site to help with issues incurred during the visit. We were held up on admission to the apartment because we did not have the symbol required by security for admission. Our flight left in the morning of 2/2/26 before we received this notification . Once at the premises we had no wi-fi to retrieve this information. We waited close to two hours in our car before this issue was resolved.
Stayed 7 nights in Feb 2026
