Gaslighting management no hot water

Hotel is okay but management is very bad. Room was clean and pleasant with a nice view of the ocean. We noticed our hot water was not working in the tub. We called for maintenance then went out to the beach. When we got back we checked again- still not working. We call for maintenance again and the guy comes says it just needs to run for awhile and leaves. I set a timer and ran it for 10 minutes- barely a trickle and water is lukewarm if that. The morning of checkout we call again hoping to bathe before leaving. This time 2 maintenance men come and one seems to be more of a management type. They check on it and state that the hot water line is blocked, we should be moved to a new room, and he will inform reception We go down to checkout and inform them- manager states that there is no issue with our water and “all the rooms water is the same” so I guess no one should stay at this hotel if you enjoy having hot water because that is their bs response to the issue.

Excellent hotel at perfect location . Spacious room and super fast chk inn by Ms Rona. A special thank you to Ms ayleen at reservations team for room preference upgrade. Super clean room and very well maintained hotel as good as new. Breakfast had a vast selection spread and live cooking . Basement parking with your room access card. It’s my 6 th visit and looking forward to my next staycation with them…thank u team Al bahar🙏❤️
