Splendid and unique second floor apartment 10 meters from the beaches and the pier of Alassio. Located overlooking the famous "Budello" of Alassio, convenient to all services. Recently renovated apartment, consisting of a bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine, and two single beds on the floor. Large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, satellite LCD TV. The entrance to the apartment is in the center directly from the famous "Budello" of Alassio. Just 500 meters from the spa (swimming pool with warm sea water, various types of whirlpools, Turkish bath, sauna, herbal Turkish bath, massages), 50 meters from the supermarket, and about 300 from the railway station. There is no lift. Covered private paid parking outside the building.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Lungomare Angelo Ciccione. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a sofa bed are available in the holiday home.
