Villa Silvina - Close to the Beach

Summary:

​Villa Silvina is a charming and serene villa, located in the Torre Soli area. With three bedrooms, an auxillary one, and two bathrooms, this villa offers beautiful sea views - especially from the covered terrace. It is also surrounded by leafy hedges, providing tranquility and privacy.



The Space:

Inside, the villa has an elegantly furnished living room which is furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics such as: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and kettle. On the ground floor there is the main bedroom, with a double bed and sea views, another double room and a room with two separate beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower are also on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.



On the upper floor there is a small but useful studio, with sea views. The main feature of the exterior is a modern L-shaped pool, and a trampoline will be one of the favourite attractions for the children staying in the villa.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.



Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
