Cosy and bright, equipped with a double bed with a comfortable mattress and quality linen. The neat furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the hills of the Langhe or the streets of the city centre. There is also a desk, ideal for smart working people or those who need a quiet space to study or use the computer.



Living area with kitchen

One large and bright room that joins the living room to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating two more people, and a TV for relaxing moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking on your own.



Bathroom

Modern and functional, it has a spacious shower, washbasin, WC and mirror with integrated light. The style is simple but neat, with clean finishes that provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for personal care.



Terrace

The terrace offers a charming view of Alba's medieval towers, a unique glimpse that provides a magical atmosphere, especially at sunset. It is the ideal place to have breakfast al fresco or enjoy a relaxing glass of local wine.



In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.
