This property boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from tennis courts, a playground, a shop, a pub, the Clutha River, and the outlet track. Only a 2-minute stroll away, you`ll find Riverside Park amenities, including a spa pool for winter relaxation, a swimming pool for summer fun, a gym, basketball hoop, BBQ facilities, and a community hall with a kitchen. Just across the road, there`s a large open reserve perfect for cricket, football, kite flying, or frisbee golf.
The house enjoys all-day sun and features a large heat pump and pellet heater in the lounge, as well as panel heaters in each bedroom. Double glazing throughout ensures you`ll stay warm and comfortable year-round. The dining and living areas offer stunning mountain views, with an easy-to-use futon for an extra child.
