✹ The private community requires us to collect the following:
- Mailing address, email address and phone number of Person who booked
- First & Last names and age of all guests staying at the cabin
- Vehicle information ( make/model, year, plate #, state, color)
- Pets have to be up to date on vaccinations.
- Because it is a gated community you are not permitted to have any guests who are not listed on the booking - even if they are not sleeping over.

✹ Guests need to send us all registration info no later than 5 days before their check in date or they will not be allowed to gain access into the community.
ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: To accommodate the budget of smaller groups, the base price is set for 6 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. We can host Up to 12 total guests total - including children. If you add the correct number of guests to the booking, the price is accurate.

✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. The Pet fee is $180 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet, and $120 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb`s system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

HERE ARE THE HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES:

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-ins are at 4:00 pm and Check-outs are at 10:00 am.

EARLY CHECK INS: We understand that early check-ins can be convenient, allowing you to settle in sooner and make the most of your time in our beautiful cabin. However, please kindly note that early check-ins are subject to the availability of our cleaning team and the time required to prepare the cabin to meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for every guest.

While we can`t promise an early check-in at this moment, we can guarantee that we will make every effort to accommodate your request if the cabin is ready before the standard check-in time. You don`t even have to request early check in as if it`s possible we will just let you know. Rest assured we do everything we can to provide this for all guests and we will keep you informed about the possibility of an early check-in but we won`t know until the day of your check-in date. We assume you prefer an early check-in, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO REQUEST ONE as we will automatically let you know on the day you check in.

If you are driving a long distance and are hoping to check in early, we would suggest planning to arrive in the area early enough that once the cabin is ready, we can let you know that you are close enough to take advantage of the early check-in. You could do some grocery shopping or grab some lunch while waiting for us to let you know.

LATE CHECK-OUTS: We understand the desire for a late check-out, providing you with some extra time to relax and enjoy our lovely cabin. As hosts, we always strive to accommodate our guests` preferences whenever possible.

Our ability to extend a late checkout is dependent on whether or not a guest is checking in on the same day that you are checking out. If there is a guest checking in later that day, then we need to give our cleaner adequate time to get the cabin cleaned and prepared. We recommend checking in with us the day before your reservation ends to see if a late checkout is possible.

Deadline: Please message us by 10:00 PM the night before. After that, our cleaners may be offline and we can’t confirm availability.
• Morning-of requests can’t be accommodated. It’s too late to adjust schedules on the day of checkout.
• Approval depends on our cleaning team and incoming reservations. If you don’t receive written confirmation from us, your original checkout time still applies.

MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 12 OVERNIGHT guests. Please make sure to account for all adults and children, including infants, and pets in your count.

GATE ACCESS: The cabin is located in a private gated community. Every guest will need to enter at the main gate entrance located at 11 Mountain Rd, Albrightsville, PA 18210. If you arrive between 3 pm and 7 pm on a Friday, then please keep in mind there likely will be a bit of a wait to gain entrance as that is the most popular time for guests to arrive and it gets busy. Upon arrival pull into the gate and tell the security the address (50 Beaver Drive, Albrightsville, Pennsylvania 18210) you are going to and your name. Have your driver`s license ready to show. EVERY CAR has to stop individually at the gate and show their license. You cannot `piggyback` behind the other car to get through the gate. Guests are required to identify property owners at the entry gate by name (Deangelo Cartagena) and the address (50 Beaver drive) they are visiting along with a Valid Driver’s License and vehicle’s registration to gain access.

THEY WILL NOT LET ANY CARS THROUGH THE GATE THAT DON’T HAVE A LICENSE DRIVER WITH A HARD COPY OF THEIR REGISTRATION.

PRIVATE COMMUNITY: The gated and private community has its policing staff patrolling and making sure everyone is safe. As such you are expected to drive safely. Please note, the speed limit is 25 miles per hour on all roads within Indian Mountain Lake is strictly enforced. Also, no fishtailing and no loud mufflers are allowed. Any citations given to the owners as a result of guests breaking the speed limit or breaking any other driving rules will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.

AMENITIES: Shared Community Facilities
Lakes: Five lakes, with the largest being 53 acres and 30 acres.
Swimming Pools: Two outdoor swimming pools are available, including a dedicated kiddie pool. (May to Sep)
Recreational Facilities: The community features four tennis courts and two basketball courts.
Administration Building/Clubhouse: There is an administration building/clubhouse available for residents.

A curfew shall apply to persons seventeen (17) years of age and under. It will be in effect from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am at all IMLCA amenities and property. Loitering is not permitted on the Clubhouse property.

KAYAKS: We have 3 kayaks available for your use—2 doubles and 1 single. If you`d like to use them, please note that you must first purchase an amenity wristband, as required by the community for access to the lake and amenities.

Lake View, Sauna, Hot tub, Firepit, Gameroom, Pets offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
