    This apartment located in the central area of Albufeira is just a few meters from the famous The Strip, with its various bars and restaurants, and is also just 450 m from Praia da Oura. It is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the wonderful Algarve day and night.

    With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it has a terrace, public parking in the surroundings of the building without the right to reserve, it is fully equipped and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

    The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
    - From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
    - From midnight = €50 Euros

    Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

    We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

    Really great location, great apartment and felt very safe, even when we were just a few metres away from the main strip. All I’d say is I think new pillows are needed!
