This flat is a ground level one bedroom apartment located at Balaia Golf Village. It was recently renovated to enhance our guest stay at this lovely resort.

The apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a carefully decorated living room which holds a spacious sofa bed perfect for two singles or a couple, d a dinner table. A/C is available both at the bedroom and living room. There is WiFi and a 32" SmartTV (for your own streaming, no channels available).

An outside patio with a table is just another plus of this beautiful apartment, and the swimming pool is just few steps away.

We are would love to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We also live at the Balaia, so you can reach us in person, as well as via phone/message/AirBnb, to help with suggestions, problem solving or anything else.
