Det var en dejlig beliggenhed tæt på strand og park og balkon med eftermiddags/aftensol. På den negative side var det lidt besværligt at man skulle tjekke ind et andet sted, at lejligheden var iskold (marts) og ingen mulighed for opvarming, samt at bruseslangen var ødelagt.
