This accommodating 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor has direct access through its sunny balcony to the pool and surrounding garden area.
Located in the popular Parque da Corcovada neighborhood of Albufeira, the residence is a 10 minutes' walk from the Main Strip where daytime and evening entertainment abound.
The large swimming pool is complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for guest use. Free and plentiful street parking is available all year round. Perfect for short and long vacations.
The apartment has a modern and complete kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, etc.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed. There is also a generously ample wardrobe for storing all clothing items.
The second bedroom has two single beds and well-sized wardrobe space as well.
A flat screen TV in the lounge is connected to an Android box pre-installed with Netflix, Disney+, and IPTV for streaming channels and broadcasts from all over the world. A pull-out sofa bed sleeps an extra person, making the apartment suitable for 5.
Stylish and comfortable dining furniture brings an added homely feel by making for a relaxing experience when supping in situ.
