On the ground floor, the living area welcomes you with elegant and comfortable furnishings, seamlessly connected to an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. From this level, you have direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 6 m2 as well as a larger terrace of 14 m2, both furnished for outdoor relaxation and offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning. A shower and WC are also located on this floor.
