The villa has 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 people. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with private bathrooms, and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite) and on the lower floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living/dining room is spacious, with 2 sofas, TV, Playstation, and access to a terrace with pool views. The villa offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.Outside, there is a large pool (heatable as an extra), garden, patio, and barbecue. The area is walled and fenced, providing privacy and security. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura beaches, and a short distance from Albufeira, the Strip, and other attractions. It is ideal for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests.From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
