Located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, Villa Nina offers the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in Albufeira, including São Rafael, Coelha, and Castelo, many of which can be reached on foot.



The lively historic center is just 2-2.5 km away, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and services. The Albufeira Marina is also a short distance away.

The Space

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them en-suite, and a family bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace with a dining table, sun loungers, and a private pool. The property also features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking.



Guests have complete access to all areas of the villa. The kitchen includes essential utensils, such as pots and pans, although we do not provide condiments or hygiene or cleaning products. If you need something specific, we will be happy to help.



Location and Surroundings

The villa is located in a calm and exclusive area, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from nightlife and urban stress. In the vicinity, you will find beautiful beaches at a short distance, a small local supermarket about 10 minutes walking and larger supermarkets, such as Apolónia, just a few minutes by car. There are also several recommended restaurants in the region.



Public transportation and taxis are easily accessible, with a bus stop about 15 minutes away and a taxi point 10 minutes walking.



Additional Information

Guests must pay a security deposit of 100 euros per person in cash at check-in, which will be returned after departure, subject to property inspection.



For stays longer than 25 days, electricity costs are not included and will be charged separately.



It is possible to accommodate additional guests at a cost of 150 euros per week per person.



Pets are welcome with prior notice, with a deposit of 150 euros plus an additional cleaning fee.



Towels and bed linens are provided according to the number of guests. Additional items can be requested for an extra cost.



The check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and will be confirmed closer to the arrival date.



Airport shuttle service available upon request.
