It offers the perfect combination of comfort, modern amenities, and a privileged location, ideal for relaxing without concerns about traveling.The living and dining room is spacious, bright, and comfortable, with windows offering spectacular views of the outdoor area, including the pool and the sea beyond. On the ground floor, there is an en-suite double bedroom, along with a guest bathroom, complemented by two bedrooms on the first floor – one double and one with two single beds – both with private bathrooms and access to balconies with stunning views of the sea and pool. The lower floor features a bedroom with two single beds.The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing convenience for family meals or gatherings with friends.Outside, there is a spacious leisure area with a snooker table, table tennis, and other games, ideal for fun moments in the open air. The large terrace includes a private heated pool (additional cost), sun loungers, lawns for relaxation, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a jacuzzi (additional cost) for unwinding. The property is fully enclosed and offers parking facilities.Situated in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants of Albufeira, Villa Melanesia guarantees an unforgettable holiday.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
