They did not disclose that they had only valet parking for $25 per night or else you had to park out on the street. The neighborhood is not really safe for a single woman coming back after dark to park on the street. Hotel should be clear about parking arrangements before guests make a reservation

We only stayed overnight for a road trip stop and it was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel was so cute and aesthetic. But the service we received was the best part. We checked in in the evening on 2/19 and Sariah at the front desk was a literal angel. As well as the 2 guys working Valet. It was Jeff and one other person. The hotel security guard who was from Dallas was also so great. This is the 3rd Pali Property I’ve stayed at and I will always continue with this company because of the service and standard they consistently meet. 12/10 every time

My husband and I stayed at Arrive in Albuquerque for one night on our way to Utah, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a fresh, modern feel with a touch of nostalgic charm. Our room was thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Unlike some renovated motor inns that can feel cramped, this one felt open and welcoming. The on-site bar and restaurant were excellent—great food, drinks, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We'd definitely stay again!

This place had exceeded my expectations. Let me start with Andre welcoming us with a smile! The place was beautiful and the room was very clean. Upon check out, the valet service on 4/15/25 (I’m sorry I didn’t get the names) but they were beyond helpful from opening doors to getting ice in our cooler and even offering to help organized our luggages in our car!!! DEFINITELY will be coming back! Thank you for spoiling us and giving us OUTSTANDING VIP experience!!

Fantastic property. Very clean with a heated pool and great staff. Downtown Albuquerque is a bit seedy and rundown, but the immediate few blocks around the hotel have been revitalized with a nice park and some new restaurants and shops.

The property was beautiful and uniquely designed. My only complaint would be the lack of cleaning services. I stayed from Thursday night to Sunday and not once did anyone come to clean the room or restock the toiletries. They also charged a $150 hold for possible use of the mini bar and in room snacks. That was different for me.

Not a VIP hotel !

The hotel is located downtown Albuquerque on the corner of a main street with a lot of bums unfortunately all over the place. Plus, I had a room that faced the street and the cars go all night long a lot with no mufflers and Harley Davison’s revving their motors it’s like a cruising area downtown. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody mainly because of the bombs and the noise level terrible it should not be a hotel that Hotels.com rates VIP.
