Super cute and comfy hotel! The room felt luxurious and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect except for the weekend cruising up and down Central, which gets a bit loud!

Loved the vibe of the hotel and grounds. Convenient to downtown but we stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant and had cocktails at the pool. We didn't even need to leave.

Sometimes the people at the hotel prove to be the winning point. All of the personnel at ARRIVE Albuquerque were very nice and very helpful--Probably the best staff I've seen in any hotel!!

The room is really poor at soundproofing.... How come this place is a 4-star hotel... it's just an old building with bad insulation and you have to suffer the loud music with building shacking during the night and waken up by dog barking and speeding cars on the street. don't recommend this place at all....

Imagine if an old hotel was made retro by some Gen Z-ers and you have ARRIVE. It’s cute and kitschy. Comfortable and quiet. There was a baby in the room next door and we didn’t hear a peep. My only complaints are that they wouldn’t serve my 21-yr-old daughter a cocktail in the bar (because her ID was vertical though she turned 21 8 months ago) and the bed is maiming. The corner of the bed frame sticks out enough for both my daughter and I to get bruises just walking by it. They might want to look into that.

Hotel was nicely redone and staff was friendly. Hotel seemed like a good location (was only there for a quick stop and didn’t get to explore the area). Would note that the sound wasn’t great, on a main drag and heard cars and people all night. In the morning woken up by dogs in the park/farmers market. They do give ear plugs but for those sensitive to sound, wanted to call out.

We had a great five night stay here. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were all extremely friendly. The pool area is nice. We spent time there four times. We had great service from the restaurant two days, but for some reason, none the other two times. The location is on busy Central Avenue. You will get noise on cruising nights (Sunday), but died down by 10:30. Only room complaints were no fridge (other than mini bar) and not much closet space (only four hangers). Would definitely stay again.
