Check-in, staff all exceptional 👏 Spacious rooms with clean shhets, showers 🚿 etc...we requested a 1st floor because there are no elevators. The fridge in our room didn't work, there was a leaky faucet in the shower and one day our electronic keys didn’t work but staff was quick to try to fix things and otherwise our stay was fantastic 😀

Quick stay due to early morning flight. Was not able to have breakfast. Heard there was a To Go Bag that is offered but no mention at check in. Parking was tight and parked in a spot over the drain. Almost twisted my ankle several times althiugh I tried to be careful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable if not quite as clean as we would have liked, mostly accumulations of dust/scrapes of paper or paint in the corners. There is no elevator. The carpet was a bit worn in a few places and pretty much the only color is browns. But, great location and very helpful shuttle.

It’s been some time since I’ve stayed at a Best Western hotel. The online reviews were very good, so I book our room, based on the reviews. When we arrived at the hotel and walked in the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the lobby area was. First impressions mean a lot. Check in was easy and pleasant. Next was to check out the room and to our surprise, it was called a suite. The room was very nice and had a balcony. I’m one to notice details and the room even had crown molding. I highly recommend this hotel…

We dropped off the rental car in the evening and the shuttle picked us up. Next morning we took the shuttle to the airport at 5 am. Convenient and punctual.
