As a NM local, Non Hill can be a tough neighborhood to stay in! This apartment feels safe, is quiet, and is less than a one minute walk to much of UNM. It’s worth the cost, I’d stay again!

The bed was VERY comfortable. The AC unit and controls were a bit hard to figure out (very old system) but it worked well, and they supplied a standing oscillator fan for the bedroom that made it a better experience for cooling the place down to sleep in the summer heat during my stay. All in all, I would stay here again, but tall people be aware, the shower head is very low on the wall. I am 5’8”, and the shower head was mounted at eye-level. For those over 6ft tall, prepare to be hunched over trying to wash your head/face.

Nice clean apartment

We just needed a place to stay for a few days to visit friends and do some work this place was perfect for that very clean at a very affordable price

A good place to stay overall.

I am a frequent traveler. This is one of the better places I’ve stayed in the last 5 months. The couch could be updated and it gets a little warm after a hot day because it only has a swamp cooler. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints.
