While to pool was closed (probably weather as it was storming, not sure), the room was basic but clean and comfortable, while the staff was ok. Dining at the place across the street at the Owl Cafe was really great.

DO NOT STAY

Reserved non smoking AND alerted them I was bringing oxygen requesting a downstairs room. Checked in, it was downstairs BUT was a smoking room that smelled like a 1970s bar! Then they put us upstairs. Mind you I’ve got an oxygen concentrator to carry up AND broken foot so I’m in a full boot cast! The pictures will tell the rest about the room and property. We did not stay the second night after coming back from the filthy pool and finding a car with slashed tires and a very recently shattered windshield! I’m so disappointed in Hotels.com that this property is even allowed on the site and extremely disappointed in Days Inn Wyndham for representing this property!!!

There was dirt in the bathroom that was dimly lit. Like dirt on the floor in the corner of the bathroom! The plug by the sink didn’t work. We had to move the microwave to the desk to be able to use it. Got stuck in the bathroom because the door sticks shut. The ice maker was broke. Had a 6.8 rating which was a total lie. Days Inn and Wyndham is usually so much better.

So it was under construction. But the room was kinda smelly. And there were a few bugs. The cleanliness outside definately needs attention. The area felt a little unsafe at night with the beggars and drug users walking around. During the day that wasnt a problem. The room was di gy and fur6outdated.

Poor facility.

We arrived and no explanation of breakfast, where to find WiFi codes. Room had stained floors, dirty tile, television don’t work and discovered you can’t have the tv, fridge, and microwave all plugged in. Limited parking due to storage containers. No parking for a vehicle with a trailer. No explanation of where room was located. Overall this was a horrible experience.

This was not a worth a 6.4 rating

Staff was friendly. For some reason we were given a Handicap room. We were told no other rooms were available by the staff. We booked this room weeks in advance. The pool was green. Never heard the pool pump running. The jacuzzi was green as well. There was no air flow in the pool area. The pool room was very humid as well. The ice machine did not work. When I asked the front desk they had no answer of when it would be repaired. For the breakfast, they had a small frig but it was broken so no yogurt or other items. They did have a waffle machine so you could make waffles as well as cereal.

heavy heart; the room was clean, very clean ... however, one could not take a shower because the mechanism to switch it from bath to shower was broken ie. missing. there were light bulbs missing from the lights and one of the electrical outlets did not work. the room was clean and there were no leaks from the intense thunderstorm that hit Albuquerque one night. great location and did i say clean
