Place is fine to rest for the evening. It can be noisy with animals on the premises as well as a lot of people coming and going throughout the night. The room was average, bed was average. I left the next morning very early and did not stay so I am unsure if breakfast was served. There is a $150.00 deposit that is required at check in for "New Mexico" residents, I have a NM ID because I used to live in Albuquerque, however I currently reside in TX and was still charged $150.00 due to my NM ID. The deposit is about 3x the room charge of $50 a night. Would not stay here again.

Staff was great and the room was clean. The TV's cable channels didn't work along with the phone which I found out when I tried to call the front desk. I called them from my phone and they were not able to tell me what to do to watch TV. She did offer us another room which was possibly a good solution but we didn't want to move.

The property felt unsafe, with people loitering near the entrance and other places on the property. The floors were filthy, the tub backed up so we couldn't take showers, there was hair everywhere- in the bathroom and on the beds, and the texture on the ceiling was peeling off in the bathroom.

Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Bed was comfortable pillows were nice just an older outdated motel. If you’re looking for somewhere that is clean in bedbug tree and affordable this is definitely a good place to stay. I’ll be staying here again. If I come back through this area would like to see other items on the menu like eggs and sausage or bacon, as I can’t have any sugar with waffles or cereal staff was great
