Elena's Sandia Sanctuary is a luxury five-bedroom North Albuquerque Acres estate with panoramic Sandia Mountain and city views. The multi-level home sleeps up to 12 guests and features multiple viewing decks, a hot tub, Zen garden, fire pit, gourmet kitchen, entertainment suite, fireplaces, workspaces, high-speed internet, three-car garage, and elegant indoor and outdoor gathering areas.



The Space:

This 4,270-square-foot North Albuquerque Acres home combines privacy, mountain scenery, and upscale comfort across multiple levels.



ENTRY, DINING, AND VIEWING DECKS

Enter through a custom wooden door into a grand foyer and formal dining area. The main dining table and auxiliary table provide seating for up to 12 guests.

The adjoining viewing deck overlooks the Sandia Mountains, Sandia Pueblo, Petroglyph National Monument, and Albuquerque's western horizon. A second deck off the living room provides additional seating and city sunset views.



LIVING AREA

The main living room includes comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a 75-inch Smart TV, and direct deck access.



KITCHEN

The gourmet kitchen includes marble countertops, full-size appliances, built-in microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja toaster oven, cookware, utensils, dishes, and dining essentials. An adjoining utility room includes a second refrigerator and cleaning equipment.



ENTERTAINMENT SUITE

The entertainment area includes air hockey, board games, a reading space with sofa and chair, and additional room for relaxing.



PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary suite includes a king bed, built-in workstation, sitting area, fireplace, 65-inch Smart TV, private viewing deck, and mountain views. The en suite bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate shower, vanity space, and additional storage.



LOWER-LEVEL BEDROOMS

Bedroom 2:

King bed, large work desk, and private en suite bathroom.



Bedroom 3:

King bed and dedicated workspace.



Bedroom 4:

Queen bed, sitting area, large work desk, and private en suite bathroom.



Bedroom 5:

Two twin beds and a work desk.



DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA

The lower living room includes a trundle-style sleeper sofa with two twin sleeping spaces and a large Smart TV.



FAMILY AMENITIES

A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for families traveling with young children.



OUTDOOR AREAS

The backyard includes a Zen garden, hot tub with mountain views, fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating. The front courtyard and viewing decks provide additional city and mountain views.



The home also includes high-speed internet with service advertised up to 400 Mbps and a spacious three-car garage.



Guest Access:

Guests may access the home, viewing decks, backyard, Zen garden, hot tub, grill, fire pit, driveway, and three-car garage.



One locked cleaning-supply closet is not available to guests.



Hot-tub heating is available for $100 per stay.



A maximum of 2 approved dogs, each weighing 25 pounds or less, is permitted. The pet fee is $250 per dog. Cats and other animal types are not allowed, except as required by applicable law.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in North Albuquerque Acres, a quiet area known for large lots, luxury homes, desert landscapes, and views of the Sandia Mountains.



Nearby destinations include Sandia Peak Tramway, Elena Gallegos Open Space, Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Casino, local hiking and biking trails, restaurants, shopping, and Northeast Albuquerque attractions.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Uber and Lyft may also be available.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

The Irvie Homes Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours after reservation confirmation or before check-in, whichever occurs first.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, reside more than 50 miles from the property unless approved in writing, and provide a government-issued photo ID when requested.



ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Each stay includes up to $8,000 in accidental damage protection, subject to program terms and claim approval.

Covered items may include accidental damage to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.

Coverage does not include smoking damage, intentional damage, pet damage, landscaping damage, house-rule violations, losses above the limit, gross negligence, criminal acts, motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, guest belongings, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, or electronic data.

Guests remain responsible for damage that is excluded, denied, or exceeds the protection limit.



HOT-TUB HEATING

Hot-tub heating is available for $100 per stay. Heating performance and temperature depend on weather, equipment operation, and outdoor conditions and cannot be guaranteed.



PETS

A maximum of 2 approved dogs, each weighing 25 pounds or less, is permitted. The fee is $250 per dog. Dogs must be disclosed and approved before check-in. Cats and other animals are not permitted, except as required by applicable law.



MAIL AND DELIVERIES

USPS mail should not be sent to the home. Guests should use an off-site mailbox, FedEx, or UPS when needed. Irvie Homes is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or late-arriving deliveries.



TRASH

Place trash bins at the curb Monday evening for Tuesday pickup.



GRILL AND FIRE-PIT SAFETY

The outdoor grill and fire pit may be used only as intended. Turn off the propane after grilling, clean the cooking surface, and replace the grill cover after it cools.



Never leave flames or hot cooking equipment unattended. Keep children away from fire and hot surfaces. Do not use the fire pit or grill during high winds or local fire restrictions. Extinguish fires completely after use.



HOUSE RULES

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Guests are asked not to wear outdoor shoes inside. Slippers may be provided.

No smoking, vaping, cannabis use, illegal drugs, or unlawful activity anywhere on the property.

No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.

Do not move furniture or appliances.

Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the home.

Report damage, leaks, safety concerns, or equipment problems immediately.

Reservations longer than 30 days may require a security deposit.

Guests must follow occupancy limits, pet rules, parking requirements, hot-tub rules, and all posted instructions.

Police involvement, serious disturbances, or material rule violations may result in termination without refund, subject to the booking terms and applicable law.



HOT-TUB RULES

Use the hot tub at your own risk. No lifeguard is provided.



Children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.

No diving, running, rough play, or unsafe behavior.

No glass, food, drinks, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, illegal drugs, pets, or confetti in or around the hot tub.

Do not add chemicals, soaps, oils, bath products, or foreign substances.

Keep the water level approximately halfway up the skimmer and contact the host if it appears low.

Keep the jets open during and after use as instructed.

Contamination or misuse requiring draining, cleaning, chemical correction, repair, or service may result in additional charges.

Follow all posted hot-tub instructions and secure the cover when the hot tub is not in use.



DECK, STAIR, AND JETTED-TUB SAFETY

The home has multiple levels, viewing decks, a spiral staircase, a jetted bathtub, and elevated outdoor areas. Use handrails, watch your footing, and directly supervise children near stairs, decks, the hot tub, fire pit, and other elevated or heated areas.



SECURITY DEVICES

For safety and property protection, exterior cameras monitor the front door, driveway, and back door areas. A Ring doorbell may also be present.



There are no cameras inside the home.



ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The hot tub, jetted tub, spiral staircase, decks, fire pit, grill, air-hockey table, trundle beds, fireplaces, and other recreational amenities involve ordinary risks. Guests must use them responsibly, follow instructions, exercise reasonable care, and supervise everyone in their party, especially children.

The Irvie Homes team manages reservations and general support. Guests will also have a dedicated home host for check-in and property-specific assistance.
