The floor tile in our room is loose, wobbles when you walk on it, the bathroom tile is missing grout, no ice bucket, the paper towel holder only had on sheet left, they didn't bother to replace it, coffee pots in the lobby were empty, no one was around to monitor that area. I've stayed here many times before, this time was disappointed.
