The elevators were broken the nights we stayed it never got fixed. The cleanliness of the room was not great and we called but the front desk never answered. We asked for extra towels and were only given one set. The breakfast was very minimal and not much quantity.

I booked this property 3 months in advance. Followed the 3 pm check in rule. But when I went to check in, I was told that the hotel accidentally overbooked. So, they had no room for me. I asked the receptionist what I should do, she told me to try the “motels” nearby. I was very upset. While I was talking to her, a man came in and checked in and got a room!!! When I complained more, she said her manager is coming and “let see what he can do”. The manager came and finally gave me a room that turned out to be a bigger room that I booked. My point is..if the hotel “accidentally” overbooked, was I my fault? Why didn’t they gave me the other room in the first place. But instead, told me to go to try the motels nearby. Very unpleased. Then, two days later, I wanted to use the washing machine. I asked the receptionist if I needed coins to operate it. She said they don’t carry cash at the counter and told me to try the gas station next door. I spent 30 min in trying to get the coins. The receptionist had no clue that one could download an app, load the money, and operate the machine!! She is at no use at all!!

Pretty decent stay overall. Couple glitches, the key cards would go out when kept near anything with a battery or electricity. Two key-cards had to be reset multiple times in four days. Two different occasions the counter-help was nowhere to be found.

This was an excellent stay. We stayed here due to being in a little bit of a pickle due to an unexpected vehicle repair as we were passing through Albuquerque. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and we really appreciated it!

Our room smelled really bad from the second I opened the door. The air was not turned on it was muggy and had a dog smell like it really needed to be aired out. I didn't say anything. Then we started to smell a really fowl smell when we layed on the bed. Like sour spoiled milk. It was really bad. I then said something to the front desk. We ended up having to change our bedding on both beds. I must say the bed was so comfortable and I slept great. And Alex did an amazing job accommodating us and our many needs.I love that the pool and hot tub stayed open till 11pm

Our room was filled with a smell of weed. You could see the smoke still in the room. There was an odor elimination machine plugged up and running on the desk when we arrived. There was also guys hanging out with the staff at the front entrance that made my crew feel very uncomfortable.

Super nice people, room was clean and nice enough. Downside was being in the first floor. Unbelievably loud, people walk by in the hallway at all hours chatting with no regard for those around trying to sleep. Being that first floor rooms are across from the pool, you also get the noise from kids playing in there and the noise from the doors that lead into it shutting closed.
