Room not in great condition, if you're not picky it’ll do the job. Definitely not returning. The same guy that checked me in did not mentioned there was a separate state tax and also tourist tax, was the same guy when I checked out and tried to charge me at that time.I told him he didn’t mention it in check in and I saw nothing in expedia about it. He was rude about it and stated I should have been told in check in, which he didn’t and he admitted he didn’t mention it. At the end he rudely said he’d zero the charge but was very upset he didn’t mention it in check in.

The man at check in was very friendly and accommodating.The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is the hotel is doing renovations, so the morning I was checking out it was quite noisy. I was trying to sleep in a bit but was unable to due to the noise.

Older facility, and kinda rundown in the halls and rooms. Breakfast area is small, and breakfast was just adequate but not special. (They said they are about to renovate, so hopeful pay attention to the mold in the showers and poor and shoddy materials/workmanship, and upgrade the rooms which need it the most) Pool area was nice. They tried upcharging at check out with extra fees that were not disclosed, as a tourism fee by the city. First they said it was an add on tax. After discusion with the front desk and mgr , they waived the tacked on cost and were nice about it. Even stating it is a problem that patrons get hit with on the backend after their stays and realize they've been overcharged. We had not used any extra incidentals.
