New hotel, clean and pretty. Personable check in staff. Clean room - but bathroom faucet was very loose with low pressure, and all shower cosmetics (shampoo, body wash, etc) were empty. Walls are very thin- noisy.

The airport shuttle took a while to arrive after calling the hotel. Once I checked in, the room I was given had not been cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk for a new room after traveling more than 12 hours.

Reservation hitch

The original room had a door that was not working, but they changed us out pretty quick. The front desk team seemed to struggle getting our 2 separate reservations linked and I had to wait a long time for them to get it resolved. This made me late for my appointment that first morning.
