Had an emergency stay due to a pre term delivery. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and most importantly we felt safe! The morning cleaning staff was superb and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here anytime we are in Albuquerque!!

Overall it was clean convenient and easy to get to after a long flight to New Mexico , would of like to have waters in the room for no charge( at least a few) Also the room smelled like smoke.

Happy overall

The room was very clean. It did show a bit of wear. There was a lack of charging options near the bed. I had to plug my phone into the wall outlet and unplug the clock so my son could charge his phone. There were two outlets on the desk. There was no microwave. Not a problem for us but has become standard at hotels. The staff was very nice. I have another stay scheduled and we will be staying here again.
