My family and I book a room in this hotel because it is close to the airport. We have two babies in need of travel cribs and I communicated that with them ahead of time. When we checked in, I was happy to hear that they already brought the two cribs in our room. However, when my husband set them up we found that one of them was broken. It wasn’t a big deal until we asked for another one and it turned out to also be broken. They did not have any other cribs. At this point we were all so tired, it was late, and we just wanted to sleep so we just made do with it, but it was disappointing. They didn’t have crib sheets so we asked for extra sheets to use on the cribs. The room itself was pretty clean and nice. If it weren’t for the cribs situation we would have had a better experience. Parking is not free so that’s also annoying.

Average hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was the worst. Housekeeping did not make the bed, refill coffee or replace the empty facial tissue. We needed to use the safe and the one in our room we broken.

Worth the stay

Friendly staff. Clean and pretty comfortable. I say this as it was my 2nd stay and the room was ok, but a little worn on the walls in some spots and the carpet. The 1st stay the room was great. Not as work friendly as it could be with outlets but enough you can work with. Bar/restaurant has limited food but something everyone could find the basics. Breakfast is pretty standard whether hot or cold. This has been my go to for both my trips and probably always will be.
