My wife was a kicked out of her room after it had been paid for and notes were put in the room in the morning before breakfast paid $500 to stay there for two nights. I told him to leave my disabled wife alone. She’s in the room sleeping, and they kicked her out, had her escorted by the police and gave her a trust passing on the property when they found my receipt they canceled it like she was in graded that he didn’t pay your bills

staff was horrible to my disabled wife was kicked out on to the street and the cops called on her for not paying for the room when i had a paid in full receipt and after they found my paid in full receipt, they canceled my reservation

Refrigerator was non functional. Another unit was brought to the room and set by the door. No washcloths. Had to request tissues and toilet tissue on checkin. Door latch was partially functional. All items were reported to duty personnel and they attempted to remedy promptly. This is probably a basic staff failure.

We arrived at 11 pm after traveling 17 hours to a room that had trash on the floor, hair in the bath tub beds not made dirty pillow cases. We asked for a refund and front desk said $15.00 WOW. We had to sleep with on the bed with our clothes on
