Was not notified that the property had closed until after arrival & shuttle did not pickup. I called the hotel number >5 times. I called a nearby hotel & they were the ones who told me they permanently closed & this hotel was now a homeless shelter. I was not notified by Ramada nor Expedia. What terrible service.

The hotel is closed. Hotel is now a halfway house so I could never check in putting me in a horrible situation and I cannot get ahold of anybody from hotels.com or from the hotel itself

I think the floor in the room has never been cleaned, I spilled some water and I got a towel to clean it up the towel was black after I cleaned up the water. We stayed for two nights and when we left for the UNM game I assumed our room would be cleaned, coffee replaced etc. nothing. Catz at the front desk was very nice however.
