Slightly better than average, would stay again.

First there was no breakfast. They had a buffet for $18 a peraon, but for the amount we paid for the room, they could have given us at least a discount on breakfast. Room was clean, but bed was not comfortable. Seemed like a cheap mattress. We got locked in the bathroom, had to keep it open the rest of the stay. Bar was good, food was great and they stayed open late(thanks). Ac was cold, but would turn on and off. When it turned off, it got hot fast. Ac turned on and was cold again. Had a small trailer and parking was ok. I could park. Coffee in room was good.

The wallpaper on the walls is coming off at the seams. Whenever someone flushes a toilet in the room next to yours you can really hear it. If you are facing the road facing out from the front of the building you hear traffic.

A little dated, but very clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast ordering through the Starbucks counter is a little odd, but we liked the food. I wish there was hot coffee available in the afternoon/later hours. The room was very clean. However, at night, the noise from cars revving up and speeding along that road is really annoying (and frequent). Also, Hustler Hollywood's display window as you drive toward the property with kids is sadly diminishing the feel of the environment, and makes it feel like a seedy neighborhood.
