The staff was friendly, and the beds were nice but for 100$ I really expected the TV to be working, and the juice machine to work at breakfast. At breakfast, all there was was waffles and toast. My children had to grab bathroom sink water to wash down their waffles. The bathroom in the hotel was gross, the doors had mutiple locks on them, and the heater didn't stay steady so it was either freezing or burning hot. I could have gotten over all of it, but no TV for the kids after a 12hour drive was MISERABLE!

The first we got put in had a broken restroom door that wouldn’t lock and bedroom lights that would not turn on. The breakfast menu was so limited, I’d recommend spending a bit extra on a better hotel if breakfast if something you look forward to in the morning. Room itself wasn’t the cleanest. I found hairs in the shower, finger nail clipping between the sheets and the pillows stunk like armpit. The floors were so filthy, the bottoms my kid’s socks turned black the few times he walked without shoes. Frankly, I was very disappointed. I took my kiddo for a birthday trip and this was not the experience I was hoping to give him. On top of everything, the indoor pool was impossible to get into and looked very unsanitary.
