Clean rooms, enough beds in one room for family with kids.. Comfy beds and amenities. Only didn't give 5 stars as some people were going into rooms after midnight loud and communicating loudly didn't have basic mannerism for how to behave late night in a hotel.

The room was spacious and really beautifully set out. Love the antique furniture, decor and the spa was lovely. The bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly and happy to help in any way.

The room's decor was tired it needs to be refreshed. The TV is as old as the "Hills" and slow as an old dog. The room needs a good scrub, all the edges the detail. 4 stars to the staff and the chef

Awesome location as city centre is an easy walkable distance, and huge Harris Farms opposite if you don't want to eat out. Good size room, very comfortable king size bed, and Smart TV. Great value for money and last weekend was a return stay for us.
