This delightful 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city.

The living space features a beautiful sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, and a microwave. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a king bed, multiple storage spaces, and an air conditioner.

There are two complete bathrooms and a service one. They all have the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is also a lovely balcony and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and sunlight.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Exploring Alcácer do Sal on foot is the perfect way to discover its charm. Stroll through narrow streets and climb stairs to the castle for spectacular views. Visit the Gothic Church of Santa Maria do Castelo, the serene Chapel of Senhor dos Mártires with its azulejos, the baroque Church of Santo António, and the historically significant Church of Santiago.

Continue to the Municipal Museum of Archaeology to delve into the city's Roman and Moorish past. Enjoy the ambiance of traditional houses, local shops, and inviting cafes as you wander. This walk offers breathtaking views, historical insights, and a taste of the city's authentic charm.

No public transport is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
