Dear Guest, We are sorry that we didn't provide the best service experience for you. All of our staff is informed and knows that our swimming pool is not heated and we do not have that information online. I believe there must have been a communication problem during the process. Since the weahter has beed terrible during this weeks we didn't feel the necessity to inform our guests about the maintnace of the swimming pool. We apologize for this and we hope you can give us a second chance when the sun is shinning and ou pool is already operational. Best Regards, Vasco Pires General Manager
