This villa is brilliant for bigger family’s. We stayed here as 4 children 6 adults aging from 3 to 80 years old and it was very accommodating for all of us. Every room has their own en suite the showers were all very good with lots of pressure. The bedrooms are all large and all equipped drawers and wardrobes . The villa is very well thought out. The pool table and darts board is a lovely addition too with a fire stick in the downstairs tv which was good. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when staying in a villa. From enough plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans etc.(crockery and plastic) everything you need and a massive plus “sharp” knives. We thought the grounds around the villa were beautiful, the first time you drive up the drive you will be saying WOW. The outside area was amazing obviously this is where we spent most of our time, it has plenty of furniture from the big table to the couches and chairs, All were brilliant. There are also loads of sun loungers The pool was big and perfect for us all to play in and the smooth floor tiles all around the pool and patio area were very comfortable to walk on and good for the kids. The only criticism we have is at night it was hard to see the road up to the villa from off the main road, it could do with some lights down there, and also maybe an outside plug socket but other than that it was all very very good, is highly recommended and we hope to return.

Magical stay!

We stayed here for three weeks and the villa is just wonderful! The villa is extremely well located, easily driveable to Pollenca and Alcudia. The garden is huge - perfect for our children to run around in and the large pool provides an ideal space to splash in for hours. The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and very well laid out - very easy to feel at home in. All four bedrooms are spacious and welcoming. Oliver was incredibly friendly and easily contactable - he helped immediately with any issue that arose (typically resulting from something external to the villa). Overall, my family and I, and our guests had a super fun, memorable time in this villa and we plan to return to it. Thank you Oliver!

Lovely family holiday

The villa is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces and pool are amazing (we were a party of 6 adults and a 3 year old). Both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are just a short drive away with a great choice of restaurants. Oliver is an attentive host, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Villa Cana Siona

This is a fantastic Villa to enjoy a brilliant holiday. My wife Caroline who normally looks forward to getting home really wanted to stay longer. Oliver was so helpful with everything for which we were so grateful. Hopefully we will be able to return to CaNa Siona soon Peter

Beautiful outdoors, some small things to know about indoors

We had a lovely time at the property. The outdoors is absolutely stunning: great pool, lovely seating area, beautifully maintained gardens (which seems hard to do when it's so dry). Location is great between Alcudia and Pollenca. You have to drive everywhere but that's not really a problem. I don't think you can go wrong with this property, especially if you are planning to spend a lot of time outdoors. The indoor space had a few issues which overall didn't impact out stay much, but I'll enumerate them here in case it's important for others - WiFi was so weak we couldn't use it - One of the AC pipes in one of the rooms wasn't working well so it was pouring into a bucket, which meant we had to clean out the bucket ~every day - Shower curtains in both rooms with showers are pretty tatty and have rust stains on them - Some of the pillows / bedding had an odor - The owners ask you to not run the ACs at least ~6-8 hour of the day. This absolutely wasn't a problem for us since it was relatively cool while we were here. I was wondering how it might be for folks during a heat wave, though. If you care about running AC 24/7 this place wouldn't be for you. Overall, Oliver was very proactively communicative but, unfortunately, wasn't able to solve the issues we mentioned (internet and AC) during our stay. I also understand that it's hard to get AC service folks and internet folks on short notice in Mallorca.

Exceeded expectations

A fantastic villa inside and out,set in beautiful grounds with incredible views. Spotlessly clean on arrival and very well equipped for all our needs. The pool area is wonderful, plenty of seating around a gorgeous bbq area. Having rented several villas in the past this is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful villa with amazing outside space. Villa well equipped however some details when booked had changed. There was not an inside dining table, air con was problematic and several games, activities and a full selection of DVDs were not available. Villa check in issues were not communicated and we had to chase around to get keys at point of check in, after travelling all day.

Stunning Villa! Hard to leave!

We arrived at the Villa and realised that the pictures really don’t do it any justice! It’s absolutely beautiful and the grounds are massive! It really was a home from home with everything you could possibly need right there! The bedrooms are all air conditioned which we were very thankful of! Each room has its own en-suite and balcony which is great! Couldn’t get over the views - every single window has a different, amazing veiw! You can see over to the sea of Puerto Pollenca form the front and stunning mountains around the rest of the Villa! The highlight for us was the pool! It’s a lovely size and we spent many a happy day beside it! There’s a nice gas bbq outside and the furniture outside was great and a lovely size to fit us all around! Great utility room with washing machine and separate fridge for drinks and this massive bottles of water! Pool towels were provided which was great as meant we didn’t have to pack them! It’s ideally situated close to Alcudia and Pollenca - we hired a car for the duration as it was easier to get around. The main problem is that it was just so beautiful and peaceful that we didn’t want to leave it so we spent most of our 2 weeks by the pool just going out for dinner here and there! 😂 well and truly what we all needed - total relaxation! Colin and Wendy were on hand throughout and there if we needed anything - very lovely couple with nothing too much trouble! We will defo be returning!! Thank you so much!! ❤️

Really lovely villa

We had a fantastic time at this lovely villa. It feels a little unloved (needs a bit of maintenance) but is otherwise beautiful. Great pool & huge garden, perfect for the children. The house is large, all bedrooms with balconies & en suites. The only downside is the location which requires you to drive everywhere (you can’t even go for a stroll as it’s on a short lane off a main road). However it’s only a short drive away from supermarkets/ beaches/ nice towns. In summary, we’d definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa

Booked last minute, easy to find and close to amenities of Alcudia and Pollensea whilst being quite and secluded. Villa is great has everything you would need and pool is lovely and catches the sun pretty much all day. Communication with everyone was brilliant and was a easy hassle free holiday.

Fantastic owners

Booked this villa last minute after being let down by Solmar Villas. Katty could not have been more helpful or reassuring from the beginning. Communication was prompt and effiecient. Villa was beautiful with lovely large well kept gardens and the pool was an excellent size and well maintained. A couple of minor issues on arrival but quickly dealt with and Joe the owner even rang to make sure everything was sorted.We all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and had everything at the villa we needed. When our flight back was delayed due to the Thomas Cook failiure we were able to stay at the villa until later when our new flight was scheduled, without problem. Having stayed at many villas in the past I can honestly say that these owners were the nicest we have ever dealt with and would have no hesitation in recomending their beautiful villa located in a lovely area with stunning views. We would love to return in the future.

Truly delightful villa

We have just returned from a week in this beautiful property which is equipped to a high standard throughout , is set in well cared for spacious grounds and is conveniently situated for both Alcúdia and Pollenca. and has supermarkets a short drive away . The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished for holiday useage and the beds are comfortable . The kitchen is equipped with everything one could possibly need and there is a large fridge freezer as well as a separate drinks fridge which is very useful. The verandah has a lovely circular dining table seating eight people , there is also a sofa and armchairs for relaxing , and the has BBQ makes al fresco meals easy ! The pool is an especially nice feature of this property, being large and deeper than many at its deepest end ; with Roman steps it is also suitable for younger children at the shallow end . it was beautifully clean on arrival and Colin visited mid week to clean it again . The generous welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated and Colin and Wendy were very friendly and always available to offer advice if needed .Altogether it was a superb stay , we would be most happy to recommend the villa and hope to return ourselves sometime . I might just mention a couple of small things that we felt could be considered for the future :- As there is only one sun parasol for use by the pool we felt that an extra couple would be appreciated . The sofa on the verandah would benefit from a new seat cushion as the existing one is a bit flattened ! Just very small comments which in no way affected our enjoyment of a very special week in this lovely house .

Superb villa and great location

This is our first experience of a villa and what a great one it was! We were a a group of 8, two families with teenagers of 18&19 and had a great time. The directions given to the villa and check in were great and the welcome pack left by Colin was very well received. A car is a must, supermarkets about a 5 min drive away, Alcúdia beach 10 mins and Puerto Pollensa 15 mins. The villa is situated in fabulous grounds with no one overlooking you and private with gated entry. We encountered a few problems whilst staying but these were always dealt with very promptly by Colin who was only a call away. The villa is a great size and easily accommodated the 8 of us with a good size pool, gas BBQ and outside seating area. Needless to say we had a great holiday and sure that we will return.

Peaceful, tranquil setting for this beautiful villa. So far it has been one of our favourite villa choices & we would certainly consider returning. Age range of party from 11 years to 61 years, proved a popular choice with all of us.

Beautiful, roomy clean and private

As a family of 8 we had a lovely time at the villa. The weather meant we spent most of our time in the pool, eating on the patio or enjoying lazing in the sun. There are lots of floats, games and things for the children to amuse themselves with. Alcudia is good for a safe beach and family meals out. The welcome pack was very generous and the local Lidl is nearby. Colin the caretaker is friendly and helpful with lots of good advice. A car is definitely needed and make sure the taxi driver drops you off at the right villa, there are other CanaSionas in the area. Would recommend it to friends

Villa was gorgeous!

The villa had everything you could possibly want. The rooms were very spacious and the outside furniture was very comfortable. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner alfresco. The kitchen had everything you needed and the gas BBQ was great The pool was beautiful, it was a perfect size and temperature The grounds around the pool were perfectly kept, and it was very peaceful We had a couple of maintenance issues that were dealt with very promptly by Colin and I have to say that the welcome package that Colin left for our arrival was excellent We would definitely come back to this villa the next time we holiday in Majorca

We absolutely loved the table tennis setting and all the games. The welcome pack was very generous, the housekeepers very accessible, friendly and professional. The gardens were lovely and the whole setting was amazimg Would ask for more umbrellas/shade around the pool area.

Der check in war ein bisschen problematisch aber auch nur weil keine Schlüsselbox am Eingangstor war.Wir haben den Besitzer angerufen der sich dann schnell gemeldet hat und uns telefonisch ins Haus gebracht hat wegen Alarmanlage usw.Hat aber dann problemlos funktioniert!Küche ist top!Eine sehr sehr gut gepflegte Anlage die man nur weiterempfehlen kann!
