Great find in at the right end of Port De’Alcudia

Super apartment, recently updated and well equipped. Some good Restraunt’s and bars close by near the marina. Just outside the apartment building is a taxi rank and Bus stops so if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and well kept. All dishes, pot and pans were in excellent condition, and of good quality for cooking. There was also a small washing machine which was very handy that wasn't noted in the listing. There is a stove / microwave that was confusing to use. Perhaps it might be a good idea to leave the instructions for its use. Other than that we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Fabulous Stay, Location & Condo

Our family loved the Blue Sea and especially this condo. The location was ideal with restaurants and shops convenient by foot. The pool was fun for our 8 yo. Of course it was ideal to have the beach so accessible. The condo itself has had a beautiful renovation. The views of Alcudia on the rooftop were amazing and especially enjoyable at night. It was a lovely touch to be greeted with a bottle of local wine in the refrig and plenty of coffee beans in stock for the cute coffee maker. The owner and the leasing company were very responsive and accessible. We appreciated the help very much! Great stay.

Toller Urlaub

Das Appartement war genauso, wie es die Bilder versprochen haben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll wurde für uns ein Willkommenspaket zusammengestellt, sogar mit Osterhasis für die Kids. Der Service war erstklassig. Wenn Probleme auftraten, war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und hat unmittelbar weitergeholfen.Die Küche war mit vielen Gewürzen, Öl, Essig und Kaffee ausgestattet, fast wie zu Hause. Ein perfekter Urlaub, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und dennoch Infrastruktur. Ich würde immer wieder in diesem Appartement meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Super Aufenthalt in Alcudia.

Wir waren im August 2020 in Port Alcudia. Trotz der Coronazeit, hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Strand und man hat einen wundervollen Blick in die Hafenbucht. Besonders für Kinder ist der Strand super geeignet und schön. Das Appartement selber verfügt über einen Balkon und eine Dachterasse, von denen man einen super Ausblick hat. Es ist perfekt für Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie geeignet. Sehr gemütlich. Direkt vor dem Apartment gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, was ein großer Vorteil ist. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und weotere Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Arreglar antes de volver a alquilarlo.

El apartamento bien, pienso q faltaba perchero y espejo entero en habitación doble. La nevera necesita arreglar o cambiar, , los dos cajones de arriba estaban tapados de hielo, la tuvimos q descongelar, y al marcharnos después de 4dias ya volvía a llevar hielo, y las puertas panelables de la misma iban por su cuenta. Por lo demás bien, buenas vistas , muy cerca de la playa y cómodo.

Wunderbares, sauberes Appartment direkt am Strand mit Balkon, Dachterrasse und Gemeinschaftspool, das zweite Schlafzimmer leider zur Straße hin, zum Teil zum Schlafen zu laut. Ausstattung sehr gut.

Das Appartement ist deutlich hochwertiger ausgestattet als auf den Bildern. Im Wohnzimmer ist fast alles neu, Sofa, Esstisch, Großer Fernseher. Einziges Manko: Die Elektrik war für mich nicht zeitgemäß, im Wohnzimmer gab es eine ganz schlimme Mehrfachsteckdose aus der manchmal Funken kamen. Das war mir zu gefährlich mit Kindern, deshalb hatten wir dort alles aus. Die Wendeltreppe zur Dachterrasse muss dringend saniert werden, diese war sehr wackelig und leider waren auch für kleinere Kinder zu große Abstände am Geländer. Alles in allem haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
