Beautiful two storey terraced house with sights to the sea in the beach of Puerto de Alcudia for 4-5 guests.
Outside, the two incredible terraces invite you to spend most time outdoors. The first terrace is at the entrance and in there you can have fantastic dinners or enjoy a delicous breakfast in the morning. At the second terrace, the sunbeds and sofas invite you to sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun until the sunset.

Once in the inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room equipped with air conditioning in which you can enjoy the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is well equipped to cook your best dishes. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor we find the 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and other with two singles beds. The two bedrooms have access to the terrace and incredifle sights to the sea. There's a sofa bed in the living room, so the property has a total capacity of 5 people. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request.

There are many leisure options in Puerto de Alcudia: water sports, good gastronomic offer, shops, supermarkets, night life,... The beach is one of the largest beaches in the island with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit other coves like Mal Pas or Manresa. Tuesdays and Sundays takes place the market in Alcúdia old town. Furthermore, you can visit the chapel of La Victoria.

The fireplace can't be used.
