Diana is a spacious house located in the beautiful residential area of Port Alcudia, just 100 meters from the beach, which benefits from a perfect location and a light sea breeze that refreshes the hot summer days. This villa welcomes 6 people, plus the possibility of 2 children. It has an outdoor area with swimming pool, 3m x 2.20m, sunshade, terrace and grill. A house to enjoy a spectacular holiday.

Distribution:
There are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds, also a new sofa bed perfect for two (150x190cm) .There are also two bathrooms.There is a beautiful living room with comfortable furniture and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all modern appliances.From the living room is accessed, through a glass doors to an outdoor porch, there you can find a pool of 3mx2.20m, dining table and chairs to enjoy There is also a barbecue and chill-out area, this is the best place to spend the warm summer days in the shade enjoying the fresh sea breeze, highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!

Internet, TV, Refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. Fully equipped with towels and linens.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Great place!!!

Everything was perfect! The property is close to the beach, it is well maintained, clean and safe for children. Lenka, our property manager, was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information to get to the place. She even recommended some nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Villa is as shown on the pictures, beds are comfortable, all the necessary facilities there, a little dated though.The highlight is the location. Very close to the beach and restaurants, but at the same time very quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Belle maison bien située

Vi, familie på 5, hadde 14 fine dager i huset. Bra standard og god beliggenhet. Det er kort vei til det meste herfra og alt i Alcudia er innenfor gangavstand fra huset. Ryddig og god hjelp fra utleierbyrå. Bassenget var lite, men det fungerte fint til barna på 7 og 11. Bruker huset gjerne igjen en annen gang.

Agréable Villa pour des vacances au calme

La villa est très bien située à 5mn à pied de la plage de sable fin. Quelques petits commerces à proximité permettent d'avoir du pain frais tous les matins!! La promenade au bord de mer permet de rejoindre le port d'Alcudia en 15/20 mn à pied. La villa a été refaite récemment et est en très bon état, le séjour et la cuisine sont grands ainsi que les 3 chambres. La climatisation est efficace et silencieuse. La terrasse devant la maison est agréable car abritée par un auvent. La pool est récente et permet de se rafraichir pendant les grosses chaleurs. La table extérieure et le BBQ sont un peu loins de la cuisine ce qui nécessite un peu de logistique pour pouvoir en bénéficier. L'entretien est réalisé régulièrement et le service est de bonne qualité. Au global, une très bonne location.

Mysigt hus nära Alcudiastranden

Vi är mycket nöjda med huset. Gott om sängplatser, ljust, nytt kök och bra uteplats. Det var skönt att bo nära stranden, men på lite lugnare gata. Servicen från Holiday properties på Mallorca var mycket bra och vänlig. Vi fick nödvändig information innan resan, blev mottagna när vi anlände till huset och kunde fråga om hjälp under vår vistelse. Dessutom ordnade de hämtning från flygplatsen mot rimlig kostnad. Anette
