" Fantastic service, all staff polite and knowledgeable, by far #1 selling point for this hotel Great location, services and best restaurants in the city within a stone's throw Hotel itself has a wide variety of services and the building is very atmospheric due to its architecture -Age of the building does show in that the noise isolation is poor. Noise from the hallways or outside the building makes sleeping late a troublesome option -Jr. suite was large and the view was good, but the bathroom could use a renovation and we found it disappointing there was no minibar or fridge in the room. Very slippery bathroom floor, I would be scared to have elderly people using it. All in all a net positive, the negatives were outweighed especially by the staff and the variety of services the hotel had."
