With new flooring throughout, three completely renovated bathrooms and a newly introduced game room in the basement for kids to enjoy, it is sure to be the best family vacation ever. There is a main floor master bedroom with brand new bathroom. The basement bunk room has a 65” TV and the main basement area has a PAC Man arcade system, board games, sports balls, fishing poles, table, sofa, chairs as well as another 65” smart TV. The basement bathroom has been completely remodeled. All new stairs throughout the home brings another touch of elegance. The large living room seats 8 while the dining room seats 8 and the kitchen seats 9. There is seating outside near the fire pit and on the deck, there is a huge sofa with ottomans and more. There is no shortage of space in this home or outside.

Campbell family vacation.

We had an amazing time! The neighbor was extremely nice we even took her granddaughter out with us. I would definitely recommend renting this house. The owners answered me almost immediately when we had questions. One of the best vacations at Lake Martin!

Beautiful home

We unfortunately were together due to a loss of a loved one but the house gave us a chance to be all together. The owner was very nice and gracious. Lots of rooms and main area gave us a chance to fellowship. Only item that was challenging was it is a very steep driveway so beware and plan accordingly. dow with one vehicle.
