First room i was given smelled like cigarettes and mold. Asked politely to be given another room (i got there right at check in time and told him i could wait for another cleaner room if available). I was told that if i wanted another room it would be $20 extra. I told him no and asked politely again to change room. After 10 minutes he complained and gave me a different room that wasnt bad. The property is very sketchy, but i expected that. The room i finally settled into was an average bad motel room, but the experience of being yelled at for asking for a room that didnt smell like cigarettes was below expectations even for a bad motel.

I got bit by a spider on my face and my boyfrand 4 times on his side... ..stayed for a couple months n asked to be changed to a nicer room which never happened. N told that i couldnt get the room i ordered on expedia because i had to pay cash ... plus side is they except pets and Alex is a really nice guy just think they need an exterminater and should accommodate loyal guest appropriately....
