Kamer schoonmaken kan netter. Niet iedere dag schone handdoeken . Vuiligheid op de vloer. Er werd niet gestof gezogen. Niet altijd werden vuile glazen vervangen . Bij het ontbijt werd regelmatig de borden en kopjes al weggehaald voordat we klaar waren met ontbijten . Ook een keer 2 koffie op tafel gezet en nog andere dingen gaan halen en was er door het personeel iemend anders neergezet omdat men ervanuitging dat we dat hadden achtergelaten . Wel een superaardige kok .

Hôtel luxueux avec personnel sympathique, en particulier Aya, à la réception charmante et compétente. Aussi Hussen Ryan qui nous a servi si aimablement à la terrasse du 11e étage. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. L'hôtel esr ultra propre, sécuritaire et peu bruyante. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain. Nous avons apprécié le petit chocolat sur l'oreiller. Un seul bémol, vérifiez l'addition au restaurant.

Staff was great and breakfast was delicious Cleanliness was disappointing not matched the value of money taken, room service working only till 5 pm!! Welcome drink in the lobby and dessert in the room was terrible price is very high for the services provided specially cleaning space of room isn't matching to the ones on Expedia, very small room and space isn't as mentioned on Expedia Valet service representative isn't available all the time specially at night (9- 12 am) and parking entrance is very far away than the hotel you need to take your car to the parking by your self and streets are very narrow, busy and not easy to walk through to reach the parking area No flowers in the room or air freshener, toilets are not cleaned well and disinfectants used smell so bad, soap, shampoo and shower gel smell aweful and bed sheets are veey clean but detergents aren't smell good or fresh and sheets aren't changed everyday no Iron or table in the room, no slippers or bathrobes available in the room, dust is very clear on bed wall tips , AC opening and TV remote and floor sides as well. the best things there is Staff , breakfast and sea view.
