I really enjoyed my stay on this Appt, the view of the Medetiranean sea is beautifull.I wanted to thank the owner for making it easy for us.

A fuir!

C'est bien simple, 2h avant mon arrivĂ©e, la gĂ©rante (et non le propriĂ©taire) m'informe que je ne vais pas pouvoir avoir accĂšs au logement sĂ©lectionnĂ© et m'annonce comme si cela allait de soi que le RDC m'est attribuĂ©. Le prĂ©texte invoquĂ© : un infarctus. Vous comprenez "c'est un imprĂ©vu". Bien entendu il s'agissait de jouer sur les sentiments pour couper court Ă  toute contestation. Je demande Ă  cette gĂ©rante de me faire visiter le rdc avant acceptation. Ce qu'elle accepte et Ă  5 min de mon arrivĂ©e celle-ci m'annonce qu'elle n'a pas pu m'attendre : "je suis diabĂ©tique et puis je n'ai plus l'Ăąge". RĂ©sultat, je me retrouve avec mon conjoint et nos 3 enfants dans l'obligation d'entrer, Ă  l'aide des indications de la gĂ©rante, dans le logement du RDC qui ne correspond absolument pas Ă  ce qui Ă©tait attendu et payĂ©. Je n'ai pas attendu mon reste et j'ai exigĂ© le remboursement pour non respect du contrat. J'Ă©tais extrĂȘmement en colĂšre et le suis encore car j'ai dĂ» Ă  16h passĂ©s trouver une solution d'hĂ©bergement d'urgence dans une ville que je ne connais pas et Ă  une pĂ©riode oĂč l'affluence de touristes est trĂšs importante! Bref on ne m'y reprendra pas!
