The 235 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus 3 additional toilets, and can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. You will also find a private gym and gym equipment for your enjoyment, and there are 2 cots available. The property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, 2 open terraces and a barbecue.



Public transport links are within walking distance. Out of respect for the neighbours, you are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm. There are 2 parking spaces available in the garage.
