Rooms were clean every day staff were very helpful. Could have done with a fridge and kettle in room.

restaurant pathetic, food very poor quality no tea or coffee facilities in rooms staff in restaurant very hard to understand breakfast deplorable not worth the money as was lunch and dinner

Good for families.

Me and my son have had a vacation in April. The weather was brilliant 23°-25°.Staff services were very honest! Especially restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. Just 2min walk from the beach. We will be back someday to Alicante again and definitely going to choose the same hotel.

Great beach getaway

Spent a week at this hotel in early September, location was great and only a short walk to the beach. It is some distance from Central Alicante, but the 21/22 bus just out on the main road takes you straight there in about 30 mins. Also, the tram about 100 ms away take you into Benidorm in about 1hr (one change needed). Hotel was great - clean and well presented - staff was friendly and spoke English, pool was well maintained and clean, can't comment on lunch/dinner as we ate out, but the breakfasts were pretty much a standard (continental) affair i.e. fruits, cereals, breads, cheeses etc. Did find that a lot of the restaurants along the beach, food is a bit so-so (seem to have a propensity towards putting salt in everything, including the chicken). One of my bugbears is the pillows in the room, woefully inadequate - I woke up a couple of times with painful neck spasms. All in all a good restful break, fantastic weather and a good hotel.

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone oli vanhanaikainen ja sängyissä ei ollut oikeita peittoja vaan lakana ja villapeitto. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla rannan tuntumassa. Rannalta löytyi hyvin ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Myös ruokakauppa kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Ratikkapysäkki lähellä hotellia ja ratikalla pääsi helposti Alicanten keskustaan.

Not all restaurant personnel speaks english. Hotel walls are thin, so if you have loud neighbours might be noisy!
