Perfekt lokation nær strand og by.

Perfekt beliggenhed i den gamle bydel, og kun 5 minutters gåtur til den dejlige Alicante strand. Værelserne er store og meget hyggelige. Morgenmaden får man på nabo caféen, super oplevelse og en klar anbefaling til alle at bo her.

Good location but average stay

The location is very convenient and the room had plenty of room. It felt a bit more like an apartment than a boutique hotel, and I found the overall decor in need of some TLC as the walls needed a new paint job, couple light switches needed repair, and the rain shower head in fell while I was showering, which was certainly surprising. But the water pressure was excellent. Maybe too strong for the pipes :P the wooden shutters were excellent for blacking out the room, but the bed was maybe just a touch too firm with very firm pillows as well. This made it tricky because the most difficult part of the room is that you can hear everything. I’m not sound sensitive while sleeping, but the door and walls really seem very thin. The toilet and pipes were constantly making noises, and I could hear everyone’s comings and goings. And this wasn’t anyone being loud or drunk. Just opening/closing doors, walking etc. But because the pillows are quite heavy and firm, it was difficult to put one over my head and keep it in place to block out the sound.

sadly very noisy young neighbours much of night and toilet kept running so not great nights experience or sleep. tv impossible to use as very old and remote sporadic in ability to move channels. looked much better on pictures and not worth circa £160 for a night as much better options and value on higher end of Alicante market.

Not a hotel, no staff

The building is on a pedestrian only street. You have to find your own way from the taxi. There is a shared door with a beauty parlour . You have been texted information about how to get through the door - there are no staff. Reception is implied but there are no staff. You find your key using info provided. Room is excellent. Road very noisy over night. No receipt provided. Makes claiming expenses very difficult. If you don't mind everything by app then you will love it.
